Sport + sauna are ideal: for muscles and regeneration.

For professional athletes, sauna bathing is a must from a sports medical point of view. Of course, every recreational sportsman can also take advantage of the positive effects. All important information:

Sauna is most beautiful at home:

Sauna after sports: perfect for muscle relaxation

Sports and sauna form an ideal combination: in addition to physical and psychological relaxation, it is above all the positive influence on regeneration that makes sauna bathing that so valuable after sports. Waste materials are removed from the muscles and the muscles are relaxed. Possibly impending muscle pain swells in the end either completely or they at least feel weaker.

Sports injuries: Sauna promotes healing

In addition, sauna bathing has also proven in sports injuries, because the stimulation of the metabolism and the slight overheating of the body (hyperthermia) promote the healing processes for minor muscle tensions or injuries.

Sports & Sauna: correct order is crucial

It is important to follow the right order so that the combination of sports and sauna has the desired effects:

  • the first thing to do is exercise
  • then ideally pause for at least 20 – 30 min to normalize the pulse
  • then relax in the sauna

In general, saunas can have a positive effect on your health. Read here why sauna is so healthy: SAUNA & HEALTH >

How long or how much sauna is beneficial after sports?

After sports, one to three sauna sessions are generally recommended to achieve the desired positive effects for the muscles and relaxation. Before the first sauna session, you should drink enough to compensate for the loss of fluid from sports. Further information on the duration of the sauna sessions can be found here: HOW TO GO IN SAUNA >

How many towels do I need for sauna?

To enjoy the sauna in a relaxed way, it is best to use a large sauna towel, on which you can sit or lie down in the sauna. (Depending on your personal taste, you can put a small rolled-up towel under your head if you don’t want to use a headrest). In addition, you need another towel to dry after showering. To ensure that the body does not cool down during the breaks, you should use a bathrobe as well as, if necessary, a blanket for a cosy cuddle.

What is sauna salt used for?

In order to stimulate the body to sweat more, you can rub yourself with sauna salt (face and freshly shaved areas please spare). Rubbing acts like an exfoliation: dead skin scales are removed, the skin is cleaned and can absorb important minerals from the salt. Ideally, the sauna salt should be used on the “sweated” body after the sauna session. To protect the sauna wood, it should be used only in the shower.

Which sauna stones are needed for the sauna heater?

Sauna stones can be made of different materials. It is especially important that the sauna stones have a high heat storage capacity and should be thermally very resilient. The stones are heavily stressed by heating and the shock-like cooling during infusions. Therefore, we recommend high-quality Diabas sauna stones for your sauna stove in order to optimally equip the sauna – even when replacing the old sauna stones.

How often should you change the sauna stones?

In the private sector, sauna stones (depending on the intensity of use) should be replaced after about 3 to 6 years. At the latest, when the sauna stones become brittle or start to smell, they must be renewed. If the stones are not changed, small shards may loosen. These then hinder optimal air circulation. In addition, the heating elements of your sauna heater could also be damaged. If sauna stones are used for too long, the stone pores close with infusion agents and calcareous water. New sauna stones are available in the e-SHOP >

Sauna scents and sauna infusion

To round off the sauna perfectly, essential oils can be added during the infusion: from rosemary to rose or eucalyptus to lemon orange, a wide selection of pleasant scents is available, which mentally take you on a walk through the forest or a summer flower meadow. It is important that the concentrates are only used heavily diluted drop by drop in the infusion water – otherwise there is a risk of evaporation or stinging flame, in addition, the mucous membranes could be irritated. The essential oils are obtained from herbs, flowers, fruits or spices. Ideally, only natural oils should be used, as health consequences of synthetic substances cannot be excluded. You can order your sauna infusion agents and natural sauna fragrances directly at corso e-SHOP >

How to use a sauna properly

hotelsauna aussensauna corso 2 | corso saunamanufaktur
Hotel sauna with natural stones and backlit saltstone wall at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hamburg
Regular sauna sessions are ideal for health.

Properly using a sauna is not difficult! But what do you have to consider? How can you make sure to achieve the best health effects? All information in 8 points:

Relaxing in your own private sauna:

The right procedure for using a sauna:

  • Before the sauna: shower and dry, because dry skin sweats faster than moist.
  • First sauna session: stay in the sauna for about 8 to 10 minutes. But maximum as long as you feel good about it!
  • In the sauna: Underlay towel so that your body does not come into contact with the wood. The higher up you sit in the sauna, the higher the temperature. You may either sit or ly down while you are in the sauna. (It is most effective to sweat briefly but violently on the upper benches. If you don’t have sauna experience yet, it’s best to start with a middle or lower bench.)
  • Always take care of your well-being! The last 1 to 2 minutes you should sit down in any case to get the cycle back to the upright posture.
  • Cooling down: After each heating up in the sauna, the cooling follows. The most gentle thing for the circulation is to guide the cold castings from the right ankle through the legs and arms towards the heart. Please do not use lukewarm or warm water (exception: toddlers), otherwise the positive “Kneipp effect” will be lost. If you have a stable circulation and normal blood pressure, you can then also immerse yourself in the ice-cold pelvis.
  • Resting period: Move in the fresh air, then rest to relax the body. Make sure your body doesn’t cool down and cuddle in your bathrobe or blanket. A warm foot bath can also be soothing. The break between sauna sessions should last about 30 – 45 minutes (or longer if you like and are relaxed).
  • Fully rested? Then it starts all over again: off to the sauna for sweating, then cool down again and rest. The second and possibly third sauna session may then last up to 15 minutes. After using the sauna drink enough water or Spritzer, at least one liter, better even more.
sauna zuhause hell corso 17 | corso saunamanufaktur

Why take a cold shower after the sauna?

The cold shower or the cold plunge pool cause a cold stimulus and heat deprivation, the skin is cooled down. This raises your blood pressure and your circulation is trained. With low blood pressure, the cooling causes a stabilization of the blood circulation. Only if the cooling is strong enough, the health-promoting effect results. For people with high blood pressure, the immersion bath is not suitable, as this is too heavily loaded. Please also note our instructions, for whom the sauna is not suitable.

Sauna infusions: why? How many?

During infusion, the humidity rises quickly from around 10 to 30%. This makes the heat even stronger, but this only lasts for a few minutes. With the infusion you should only start at the 2nd sauna session. For this purpose, one or more ladles of water are poured over the sauna stones on the sauna stove. If the infusion is enriched with essential oils, they may only be used sparingly and strongly diluted (otherwise fire hazard). The pleasant fragrances support the relaxing effect, the sauna has an even more intense effect.

How many sauna sessions?

Up to 3 sauna sessions are appropriate. This will give you positive effects without harming your health. After the last sauna session, you should drink enough (water or Spritzer) to balance the fluid balance. Depending on how often you go to sauna per week, the number of sauna sessions should be adjusted. Recommendation: 1 x sauna/week = 3 courses, 2 x sauna/week = 2 courses, daily sauna = 1 course. Ultimately, however, your well-being is the ultimate decisive factor.

How long per sauna session?

How long do you stay in the sauna until a positive effect occurs? A sauna session should take at least 8 minutes. The positive effect arises from the opening of the pores and the widening of the vessels by the heat: the body can conduct toxins from the inside out due to the increased body temperature and the higher sweat production, the metabolism and the detoxification are stimulated. To do this, however, the heat must affect the body for a long time. It is generally recommended to take 8 to 15 minutes to strengthen the body, but not to overwhelm it. During the first course, 8 to 10 minutes of sweating are recommended, the further courses can be extended to 10 to 15 minutes.

How often is sauna healthy? How often sauna per week?

A visit to the sauna is pleasantly relaxing – but only through regular sauna visits are lasting positive effects achieved: the immune system is strengthened, the metabolism is activated and the cardiovascular system is trained. For this purpose, you should go to sauna at least once a week. If you are healthy and feel fit, you can also go to the sauna several times a week. As long as you feel good and adjust the number of sauna sessions with frequent sauna use, even daily sauna bathing is not harmful. On the contrary, a recent study shows that the more often you use the sauna, the better (including cardiovascular disease and stroke). For example, a frequency of four to seven sauna visits per week reduces cardiovascular mortality by up to 70 percent. More info: SAUNA & HEALTH >

In case of physical impairments (e.g. cardiovascular problems, acute infection) it is not recommended to use the sauna. For more information on when to avoid sauna, please click HERE >

Using sauna for beginners

Sauna beginners ideally start on the lower benches. (For experienced sauna users, taking a sauna on the upper (“hotter”) benches is most effective when lying down.) The last two minutes before leaving the sauna should then be spent sitting on the lower bench to get the circuit back to the upright position. After the heat, it is advisable to take an ice-cold shower for the optimal health effect and then a cold bath in the plunge pool for experienced people without high blood pressure. The most important thing when taking a sauna is always your own well-being! If you feel uncomfortable or get other discomfort, it is important to leave the sauna and relax the body first.

CORSO 5013 latuechte weiss oR sg | corso saunamanufaktur

When is sauna harmful?

Here, too, listen to your body! So always pay attention to your own feelings. If your pulse accelerates sharply or you otherwise do not feel comfortable, leave the sauna and cool down your body slowly (a cold bath would be rather harmful in this case). Even if you have a physical impairment, such as cardiovascular problems or an acute infection, you should not take a sauna bath. For more information on who and in which cases sauna is not recommended, see HERE >

Sauna calorie consumption

sauna was essen | corso saunamanufaktur
Design Sauna by Corso
Regular sauna sessions are healthy.

Sauna is healthy. But can you also reduce your body weight with regular sauna bathing? How much calories are burnt by sauna?

Relaxation…? Is most beautiful in your own sauna at home. It is the best investment in your own health!

Weight loss: How much calories are burnt by sauna?

You go to sauna and your body starts to sweat. Through this sweating, the body tries to cool itself down. Of course, this process means a certain effort for our body, through which calories are burnt. However, the weight loss during sauna bathing – if you weigh yourself before and after the sauna – is basically due to the loss of fluid through sweating. In kilocalories, the body burns on average only 150 Kcal during three sauna sessions. Rather the health benefits of sauna bathing are that the immune system is strengthened and the metabolism is stimulated, whereby the body excretes toxins and thus purifies.

How much do you sweat in the sauna? How much water do you lose in the sauna?

The amount of fluid you lose in the sauna is individual and depends on your personal sweating propensity, your (sauna) training as well as the number and duration of the sauna sessions. On average, it is 1 to 2 litres of liquid that the body loses by sauna. To determine the exact amount, you can put yourself on the scale before and after the sauna. The difference in weight in kilograms is then equal to the amount the body has sweated out. You should drink at least the same amount of liquid after visiting the sauna (ideally water or Spritzer) to compensate for the loss. This also avoids, for example, possible headaches due to lack of fluids. Depending on your individual inclination, however, it does not harm to drink more.

By the way, the body in the Finnish sauna “sweats” the most: the dry air absorbs a lot of sweat from the body, the liquid is released into the air. In the hot air bath or in the steam bath, it feels as if you are sweating much more. However, due to the high humidity, the air cannot absorb as much sweat, but rather condenses the liquid and forms droplets on the body. The effective loss of fluid is therefore lower here than in the classic Finnish sauna. In any case, it is positive that you exercise sweating with the sauna: if you go to the sauna more often, you usually sweat more and faster.

How can I lose weight and fat without sports?

The most important info in advance: Losing weight only works if you consume fewer calories than your body burns. The best recipe for losing weight is therefore, as we know, exercising and moving a lot. Nevertheless, there are some tips to promote or accelerate calorie burning, even without exercising.

Our top 4 FATBURNER tips for losing weight “without sports”:

Daily fasting or “late breakfast”

In the past, the ideal recipe “distribute many meals throughout the day” was often used as a rule of thumb against hot-starvation attacks and thus for successful, permanent weight loss. Recent studies have shown the exact opposite: “natural fasting” during the night should be extended to up to 16 hours if possible. 2 meals should be served in the remaining 8 hours. This food fasting cycle seems most likely to match the human biorhythm and can counteract diseases such as diabetes.

The importance of daily lenting was confirmed by the report on the study of the Salk’s Regulatory Biology Laboratory (published in the journal Cell Metabolism, May 2017). Commenting on the findings, Satchidananda Panda, leader of the study, said: “It is a misconception that a high-fat diet leads to obesity and that we should eat frequently after getting up. Our results suggest that we should instead stick to regular eating and fasting times. The daily fasting of several hours could be very beneficial for health.”

Top tip #2: Green tea

Countless studies prove the various positive effects of green tea: the metabolism is brought up to speed, fat absorption is reduced, the storage fat is mobilized. On top, the green tea has a stomach-cleaning and digestive effect. Nice side effect: the bitter substances of the teas dampen the appetite for sweetness and even have a positive effect on the liver and the hormone balance.

Top tip #3: Spicy spices

Fiery-sharp spices are the ideal supporters in accelerating fat burning: chili, ginger and cayenne pepper, for example, promote blood circulation and boost metabolism, so that body fat is ultimately reduced more quickly. Especially the sharp ginger is known to be particularly healthy due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect.

Top tip #4: Sleeping

Too little sleep is one of the main causes of too much appetite: only those who sleep sufficiently create the conditions for the body to produce sufficient leptin (= saturation hormone). The production of growth hormones (for muscle building) is also too low in case of lack of sleep. Incidentally, the nightly calorie consumption can also be increased by building up more muscle mass. In the end, there is no way around sports for targeted bodyforming…!

Regular sauna: optimal for health.

Regularly going to sauna has many positive effects on health and well-being. The most important effects at a glance:

sauna zuhause hell corso 17 | corso saunamanufaktur

Immune system

The immune system is strengthened and the condition also improves: the skin surface heats up in the sauna by 3 to 10 degrees, the core body temperature increases by 1 to 2 degrees. The body reacts to this as if with a slight fever, which activates the body’s own immune cells.

Cardiovascular system

The cardiovascular system is also positively affected by the temperature changes: the vessels expand during warmth and reassemble in the cold, thus boosting the entire cardiovascular system and actively training it accordingly.

Metabolism & Detoxification

Another positive effect is the detoxification of the body: toxins that have accumulated in the body can be better removed by sweating. In this way, the body is purified and cleaned. The entire metabolism is stimulated and strongly boosted.

Healthy well-being

The sauna also has positive effects on the physical well-being, because it provides relaxation and a positive mood. Even sleep disturbances and headaches can be mitigated by regular sauna visits. These effects can be specifically amplify by sauna infusions with the appropriate fragrances.

Why is sauna healthy?

A study by the Med-Uni Innsbruck and the University of Eastern Finland shows that the more often you saun, the better: With 4 to 7 sauna visits per week, cardiovascular mortality is reduced by up to 70 percent (!). The risk of stroke decreases by up to 61 percent, and even the risk of dementia has been significantly reduced. The researchers attribute these positive health effects to the positive regulating effect of the sauna on blood pressure and heart rate variability. In this context, doctors speak of the so-called systemic blood pressure reduction.

Good against strokes, dementia & co.

Especially through the very regular sweating in the sauna, the blood flow is set in motion. This helps to reduce high systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure – factors that are considered a risk of dementia if they get out of hand. In the long run, the body learns to adapt better to the changing heat-cold stimuli: it reacts faster with appropriate sweating. Sauna is also ideal in combination with sport. >

Is it allowed to go to sauna with asthma?
Is sauna healthy with asthma?

In the case of asthma, sauna bathing can relieve the acute symptoms: the high temperatures increase blood circulation to the mucous membranes and thus facilitate coughing. The relaxing effect on the lung muscles increases the capacity in the lungs and facilitates breathing. Regularly going to sauna can even reduce the risk of asthmatic seizures. If you are an asthmatic, please consult your doctor in advance.

Sauna zuhause Design Altholz corso 1 | corso saunamanufaktur

What does sauna do for healthy skin?

The skin is vigorously blooded in the sauna, which provides it with plenty of oxygen and nutrients: the metabolism of the skin works twice as fast in the heat as usual. The effect is a rosy, firm skin all over the body. The warmth opens the pores of the skin, so that care products are particularly well absorbed during the resting phases or after the sauna visit. In the long term, it can also be found that many regular sauna visitors have a stronger acid protection coat and thus lose less minerals through the skin during sweating.

Sauna planning outdoor

Garden sauna Rhombus from the sauna manufacturer Corso from Bramsche
Außensauna Gartensauna corso Rhombus 1 | corso saunamanufaktur
Design garden sauna with front room and glass corner.

Your own garden sauna this means pure relaxation, surrounded by greenery. The TOP 9 tips for your planning:

We plan and build your garden sauna:

Which location is ideal?

A garden sauna can be built directly in the garden or, like a conservatory, can be attached to your house as a body. Then, if necessary, a direct access to the shower in the house can be used, so that no extra shower is required in the sauna extension. If the garden sauna is located separately in the garden or on the terrace, the design can be designed more freely. If possible, you should position the sauna on the property in such way that it is protected from view. You can plan a visual protection, but the most beautiful is a clear view into the garden. Or you can opt for a rustic-homely sauna with little glass as in the photo, to enjoy sauna comfortably.

Garden sauna: which surface is suitable?

In order to prevent the garden sauna from sagging away, it must be placed on a well-fortified surface. Ideal is a ground-deep, insulated foundation. Alternatively, depending on the size/weight, it is possible to place the outdoor sauna on a paved surface or to use a screw foundation. We are happy to advise you: CONTACT >

Building permit outdoor sauna

Many of our garden sauna projects could be implemented without planning permission. However, depending on size and state, a building permit may be required. All information: BUILDING PERMIT >

Planning a garden sauna: floor plans

The floor plan for your garden sauna depends on your wishes: should only the sauna be accommodated? Or should a relaxation area and a shower be integrated? Here you can see an example of a garden sauna with relaxation room and shower area next to the sauna. This way you can cool down immediately after the sauna session and take advantage of the healthy Kneipp effect.

In any case, we recommend that you plan at least a small entrance room in order to hang your bathrobe and undress in a protected view. The size of the sauna itself depends on your habits: do you prefer sitting in the sauna or lying down? Read here all information about SAUNASIZE > and the different TYPES OF SAUNA >

The adjacent sketch is just a suggestion: we manufacture your garden sauna according to measure, everything is freely planable according to your wishes. It is best to visit one of our garden sauna exhibitions to get advice and convince yourself of the quality of our outdoor saunas.

Garden sauna: Prices & Design

The design and design of your garden sauna are closely related to your budget planning: We offer a custom log cabin sauna from 14,999 €.

With the freely planned design outdoor sauna, everything is possible: from the Rhombus corpus (from 27,000 €) to the luxury sauna house, which can also be used as a guest house (from 60,000 €).

Your garden sauna is an acquisition for life. Take your time: We recommend visiting our outdoor sauna exhibitions. Here we show you all options and plan the project together with you. It’s worth it! SAUNA EXHIBITIONS >

Exterior cladding

Various options are available for the exterior cladding of the garden sauna: The log cabin sauna can be colour-coded as desired. It is made of the best solid wood in 70 mm thick log cabin planks.

Various options are available for the exterior cladding of the outdoor design sauna: Rhombus profile made of larch. Or a plaster carrier plate, which is plastered on the building side. Or a sheet material such as Trespa® or rock panel®, which is available in many colours.

Particularly high-quality and extremely durable is special ceramic, which is available in different optics (e.g. metallic look, simple color, wood look). This material has maximum moisture, frost and UV resistance. The large-format panels create a very calm, noble look >

Roof | Window | Doors

As a roof shape, we recommend a flat roof that slops slightly backwards. The roof greening is not only visually a gain for your outdoor sauna, but also ensures protection and durability of the roof sealing.

We recommend double insulated wooden frame windows. As a door element, we recommend either an aluminium sliding door with frame or a thresholdless, floor-to-ceiling sliding element.

Electricity & Water: what to consider?

We recommend an electric oven to heat your garden sauna, for this you need a high current connection with 400 volts. Alternatively, a wood-fired sauna stove is also possible: this must in any case be approved in advance by the local chimney sweep! When a shower is integrated, a water connection must be installed at frost-free depth (identical to normal house construction).

Building permit: necessary for garden sauna? 9 Facts + Tips

Design outdoor sauna by Corso saunamanufaktur
Design Aussensauna corso CHALET show | corso saunamanufaktur

Garden sauna without building permit: how big can it be? Does an outdoor sauna need a building permit? We explain the building law definitions and what needs to be considered:

There are many different statements circulating on the Internet about “building permit garden sauna”.
As a sauna builder, we have already clarified building law issues with numerous building authorities. The results were often inconsistent, because:
Decisions on building law are the responsibility of the local building authorities.
Therefore, contact your municipality at an early stage to clarify how the building authority classifies your planned garden sauna and what requirements apply. Ideally, your outdoor sauna will be classified as a procedure-free outbuilding:

Garden sauna as a “process-free outbuilding”

Whether a building permit is necessary or whether your garden sauna can be built without permission as a so-called “process-free outbuilding” depends above all on the size. Depending on the federal state, different regulations apply: in some federal states the floor area (= square meters) is decisive, in other countries the converted space (= cubic meters). A detailed overview for all federal states can be found on the graph.

It is important to consider whether your property is located within a built-up area or outside of built-up areas in the outer area. In outdoor areas, sauna projects without a building permit are only possible in Baden-Württemberg, Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate and Schleswig-Holstein.

Development plan, boundary distance, etc.

Regardless of whether a building permit is required or not, the following points must always be considered:

  • Building Lines
  • Boundary Development/Boundary Distance
  • If applicable, local restrictions (e.g. in allotment garden colonies)

The development lines of your property can be found in the local development plan. You can view it at the building regulations office, the municipal administration or the city planning office. In many municipalities, these plans are now also available online.

By default, structures such as sauna houses must maintain a minimum distance of 3 meters from the neighboring property. If you fall below this distance, it is a so-called boundary development, which is only permitted under certain conditions. The respective regulations can be found in the state building regulations, the neighbourhood law and the development plans already mentioned.

If a development is planned on the property boundary, the conversation with the neighbour should be sought in any case: because in the event of a complaint, the building authority must react accordingly and examine the construction project. You should have your neighbour’s consent confirmed in writing.

Outdoor sauna projects – directly from the sauna builder:

Procedure-free outbuilding

If you want to build your sauna house without a permit, the classification as a so-called procedure-free outbuilding is decisive. Unfortunately, the classification of the building authorities is not uniform, so this question must be clarified with your local building authority. Important: Your project may be subject to approval if you install a toilet/heater (although a sauna heater is usually not considered residential heating), as the sauna house is then no longer classified as an outbuilding.

Garden sauna with or without building permit

In many cases, we have been able to implement sauna projects for our customers without permits. Please inform us at the time of your enquiry if you would like to plan your outdoor sauna without permission and thus within the specified outbuilding size limits. Then we take this into account when planning. Your advantage: we plan the project in custom-made order and can design the floor plan individually according to your wishes and specifications.

Planning with corso support

Don’t let the bureaucracy stop you when it comes to the realization of your garden sauna: we support you in the complete planning. If a building permit is required, we will provide you with the dimensioned plans/drawings for the building application.

The content of this page is for information purposes only and does not constitute advice on building law. The information provided is provided without guarantee, liability is excluded. Sauna with wood-burning stove

If you would like to equip your outdoor sauna with a wood-burning stove, you must always consult your local district chimney sweep in advance. The wood-burning stove is subject to special legal regulations and must be approved in advance as a fireplace. In addition, minimum distances between the chimney and the neighbour must be observed. In most cases, however, sauna houses in the garden are equipped with an electric sauna heater, so this point is then omitted.

Sauna Stromverbrauch: der effektive Stromverbrauch hängt von vielen Faktoren ab, nicht nur von der KW-Leistung des Saunaofens.

With the EOS Heater Finder you can quickly and easily find the right oven for your sauna project.

Because only with the right kW performance will your sauna become suitable and quickly hot. Optionally as a Finnish sauna or as a combi-oven with evaporator, in order to be able to use the cabin as a bio sauna. [Info: Sauna Types > ]

Costs & Prices

premium sauna dampfbad kombi corso 3 | corso saunamanufaktur

Each corso project is individually planned and manufactured. Therefore, we do not work with price lists. However, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer for your project. For your orientation:

All prices incl. VAT, plus delivery/assembly. We offer our services worldwide.

Your budget: the specification for targeted planning.

Some prospective buyers are reluctant to give us their plan budget so as not to push the price too high. Please rest assured: we do not artificially raise our prices and then get out “the red pencil” to reduce them again. As a medium-sized craftsman’ company, we calculate to the best of our knowledge and belief. With your specific specification, we will find together the best sauna that can be realized for your budget. Similar to buying a car, if you decide in advance whether it should be a VW Golf, an Audi or the Mercedes S-Class.

If the price for your desired sauna does not (yet) fit: Talk to us! Often good solutions can be found, e.g. by a less expensive type of wood, another heater model, a little less glass… There are many adjusting screws to adjust the price.

Indoor sauna made to measure: from 8,990 Euros

The classic Finnish sauna is available from 8,990 Euros. In a deliberately reduced design, with the concentration on the essentials: best sauna wood, processed in craftsmanship quality. Quality made in Germany.

Each sauna is freely planned. Depending on the type of wood, lighting, glass elements and workmanship, prices then move upwards accordingly. Overview: INDOOR SAUNA LINES >

Outdoor sauna made to measure: from 14,999 Euros

The construction of an outdoor sauna is comparable to a “small house building”, the costs are correspondingly higher than with an indoor sauna. The entry-level price of a log cabin sauna is 14,999 Euros, the projects are completely manufactured to your specifications (no fixed models). In the field of design outdoor sauna we start at 27,000 Euros. Overview: OUTDOOR SAUNA LINES >

Custom-made in master quality

Please consider these prices as “initial prices”: Our strength are custom-made saunas and steam baths. We plan your project individually and design it according to your wishes.

Give us your task

So that we can plan your sauna in concrete terms, please send us a floor plan/a rough sketch or a mobile phone photo of the room. This allows us to develop an optimal room solution for you. Maybe you have already found a favorite in our inspirations that you particularly like…? Then we have a good guide to the design. Please also tell us which type of wood you like. We look forward to your project!
