Reclaimed wood sauna in dark or light sorting
Your reclaimed wood sauna is made from the best selected reclaimed woods, either as a Finnish sauna or as a bio sauna. Dark reclaimed wood is often used to capture the rustic Alpine charm. Alternatively, we also offer lighter sortings to suit your furnishings.

Sauna made of reclaimed wood: Alpine chic with character.
The reclaimed wood makes the difference: it creates the special Alpine character of the sauna line CHALET: this carefully reclaimed wood comes from Austrian mountain huts, which were exposed to wind, rain and sun for decades. In this way, the reclaimed wood retains its own character and initially looks quite rustic due to its play of colours. But through the specific combination with glass and lighting, we are able to transfer the cosy wood style into a modern, sophisticated design.
The interior panelling is optionally combined with sauna benches made of thermo-aspen, which has a warm, caramel-coloured hue. Or with untreated aspen, if a bright contrast is consciously desired. In any case, indirect lighting is recommended in order to optimally stage the special character of the reclaimed wood.
By installing a combi sauna oven, it is possible to use CHALET either as a Finnish sauna (= dry/hot) or as a bio sauna (= moist hot air bath). On request, the wall behind the sauna stove can be designed with a stone wall from Nepal Brick – a special eye-catcher, which is also insensitive to possible splashes of water in a hissing hot sauna infusion.
To give the sauna CHALET transparency, a glass front or a glass element over corner is ideal. Floating sauna benches (a corso specialty) provide the necessary lightness. If the reclaimed wood hue is too dark for you, we organize an extra sorting with a slightly lighter color play for your sauna. Whether as a sauna in the bathroom, basement or as a sauna in the living area: we are already sure that your sauna will become the new favourite relaxing place of your home.
