What are the advantages of infrared cabins?
The infrared cabin does not take up so much space. Therefore, it is an ideal alternative to the classic sauna cabin if you only have only little free space. It also requires less energy because the infrared cabin is directly ready for use without warming up. The effect of infrared rays is comparable to warm sun rays. Feelings of happiness are pre-programmed, as endorphins are released and brighten the mood. The energy balance in the body is boosted.

Impacts and effects of infrared
Infrared create a natural heat that is particularly low and circuit-friendly at temperatures of 38 – 50°C. Especially people who find a sweat bath in a conventional sauna stressful, feel infrared a soothing, healthy alternative. In the infrared cabin, unlike in the sauna, the skin is not heated by hot indoor air, but by infrared rays, which are converted into heat when hitting the body.
The infrared rays caress the skin and create a pleasant feeling of warmth. Your body thus starts to sweat, which contributes to a pore-deep cleansing of the skin. The circulatory system is stimulated, blood circulation is promoted and your skin becomes more beautiful and delicate. Despite the lower temperatures, a sweat volume up to three times stronger can be achieved than with a normal sauna session.
A bathing time of about 30 minutes is considered to be particularly effective. A subsequent warm shower makes you fresh and fit and the strenuous everyday life is far away. The infrared cabin is an effective and very gentle health fountain for every day and all ages. In an infrared cabin, the room air contains less heat and thus puts less strain on the circulatory system. Especially in combination with cold stimuli, a gentle stimulation of the immune system is achieved.
