Bright family sauna with lots of glass

Generous visibility – this is the special feature of this bright design sauna. The builders wanted to transform a basement room of their town villa into a family sauna. The large glass front and the Bauhaus-style benches extended to the outside give the sauna special generosity. The sauna cabin was built in aspen with floating loungers and a horizontal double groove profile with a black shadow gap. A timeless design whose construction requires the highest precision of craftsmanship. Rustic reclaimed wood sauna in each suite

Design furniture piece

It was important to this builder that the sauna itself looks like a stunning piece of design furniture – even if it is not in use. This is achieved through the balanced lighting concept, which has an effect on the room. A great look results from the contrast of light white ceramic and high-gloss cabinets to the noble-dark thermal oak of the sauna. Attention to detail: the sauna wood was also used by the client on the shelf in the bathroom cabinet. Free-floating benches, together with the glass fronts, convey a special lightness – and allow the (invisible) view from the penthouse apartment over the roofs and the surrounding area of the city.

Outdoor sauna with rhombus profiled wood

The purist design with the noble Rhombus panel with shadow gap is the modern interpretation of a design garden sauna. The high-quality wooden facade made of Rhombus profiled wood is highly resistant and thus guarantees long pleasure in your own garden sauna with minimal maintenance effort. The garden sauna reference shown here can be visited in the corso exhibition of our headquarter in Bramsche near Osnabrueck.

View of the starry sky

A suitable place for your own sauna can be found (almost) always: here you can cuddle comfortably in the fine sloping sauna with a view of the starry sky… Especially under the roof, it is important to have optimal planning in order to sit comfortably or lie despite limited space. In this case, two freely movable sauna stools create the solution. The upper sauna bench also offers a lying area over the entire sauna width. The complete interior is made of honey-coloured Hemlock sauna wood. Through the complete glass front with a free view you feel safe and yet not cramped. The owner of this sauna works as an interior designer and has actively contributed to the design, the family is very satisfied with the “relaxing” result.

Elegant view into the bathroom

This sauna was integrated into the bathroom as a design element. During the realization, it was necessary to master numerous challenges: from the monument protection regulations to the very “crooked” old building dimensions to the sloping roof. With concern to the integrated embrasure of the window, the element had to comply with monument protection requirements from the outside, from the inside the wood had to be untreated. The design was implemented in high quality with walnut and benches in thermal aspen, which are indirectly illuminated by LED. Overall, the spacious bathroom has a harmonious overall look with the bathtub, which is positioned directly in front of the sauna.

Sauna with cover-free glass front

The previous sauna was a bit small and dated, now the builders have expanded their wellness area and opted for a generous design sauna: this was planned room-high as a fully integrated built-in sauna on a scale. Since it is located in the basement, the sauna was deliberately very open and designed in light aspen wood. The glass front is completely continuous, so that the modern look is not interrupted by disturbing covers. In her dream job, the builder is on the move virtually around the clock and on demand, all the more so that she enjoys the relaxed hours with her husband in the home sauna to recharge the batteries.

Hemlock sauna with infrared

“Doing something for fitness and relaxing” – these were the goals of the builders of this private SPA. This is the perfect result with pool, sauna and floor-level shower. The design sauna was clad in high-quality Hemlock real wood veneer, combined with benches made of solid hemlock wood. The sauna oven is placed at the back as a back bench heater. The floating benches make the sauna look particularly light. The infrared emitters provide a targeted relaxing warming of the back muscles. With the glass front and the dimmable lighting, the clear design language of the design sauna fits perfectly into the SPA.
