Sauna with a view of the Rhine
This reclaimed wood sauna offers a unique view: directly on the Rhine. The sauna benches were built exactly at window height, so that you can sit down directly in the window and enjoy the view while taking a sauna. The light reclaimed wood of the interior cladding gives the sauna cabin its very own, rustic charm. Other special features of the cabin are, on the one hand, the backlit salt stone wall and the two infrared emitters on the ceiling as well as on the side seat, which additionally provide targeted warmth. Since we have our corso sauna, I am much more relaxed.
… as well as me were always very satisfied. The house is located on a slope and has an unobstructed view of the very close Rhine. We have distributed the room program on three levels, on the lowest level with ground-level access to the terrace, where the fitness and wellness area should be accommodated. We have pushed the sauna with a large panoramic window under the garage of the actual ground floor, the parapet of the window goes directly into the upper sauna lounger. An additional wish of the builders was the salt stone wall and the brine nebulizer. From the very beginning, we wanted a rustic ‘old wood’ as material, which merges seamlessly into the anteroom of the sauna. As a manufactory, corso is much more flexible than many other large sauna manufacturers and responds very well to individual wishes, with high-quality execution. I will also involve corso again for the next sauna projects in the hope of realizing further beautiful solutions together.”
We can only give it back at this point: the cooperation with DDJ is very pleasant – we are already looking forward to the next, joint project.
