Sauna, infrared and steam bath
This private wellness area convinces with a harmonious concept: with the natural stone steam bath and the sauna with integrated infrared radiator, the owners have all bathing forms at home. In case of challenges, the right solution is searched until all requirements are met.” A modern, functional design was desired, which nevertheless has a pleasant, warm appearance – in order to be able to relax perfectly after the stressful day-to-day work. For this purpose, the basement of the residential building was redesigned. Through the large glass fronts, plenty of natural light enters the 50 sqm wellness area, which thus looks bright and friendly. The interior panelling of the sauna was designed with honey-coloured hemlock wood and textured oak real wood veneer. The infrared emitter has been fully integrated into the wall (flush, concealed installation). This was not easy due to the automatic shut-off, but it works perfectly due to a special corso solution. The two-leaf design cover can be opened like a door if required. The steam bath at home is tiled with valuable natural stone, the indirect LED underbank lighting acts as an eye-catcher.
Since we have our corso sauna, I am much more relaxed.
