Custom-made pine wood sauna
Pine wood is popular, because a whole range of health-positive effects are attributed to it: above all, the essential oils, which make up the special wood smell of the pine, have a relaxing effect. The wood is often used in case of sleeping problems, but also helps to stabilize the circulation and recharge your batteries. For this reason, the builders of this sauna project have also opted for the pine – and are more than satisfied with the result. Previously, there was a home office at this location, but it was hardly used any more. This gave rise to the idea of doing something for the own health with a sauna. The room was completely repurposed, the available space could be optimally used for the custom-made sauna solution. Meanwhile, the sauna is used intensively – at least once a week, even more frequently in the colder season. After extensive road bike tours, the pine wood sauna is also used to regenerate the muscles.
Since we have our corso sauna, I am much more relaxed.
