Design sauna in old building

Elegant view into the bathroom

This sauna was integrated into the bathroom as a design element. During the realization, it was necessary to master numerous challenges: from the monument protection regulations to the very “crooked” old building dimensions to the sloping roof. With concern to the integrated embrasure of the window, the element had to comply with monument protection requirements from the outside, from the inside the wood had to be untreated. The design was implemented in high quality with walnut and benches in thermal aspen, which are indirectly illuminated by LED. Overall, the spacious bathroom has a harmonious overall look with the bathtub, which is positioned directly in front of the sauna.
