Relaxing with penthouse character
Venice Beach at Postgalerie Karlsruhe offers around 3,000 square metres of state-of-the-art fitness with a penthouse character – in a listed magnificent building above the city’s rooftops. In keeping with the high-quality modern style of the studio, the wellness area was also furnished, whose central “resting pole” is the sauna landscape planned and implemented by corso. Guests of Venice Beach are invited to sweat and relax in two Finnish saunas and a bio sauna. As a decorative element, a side wall with Douglas fir-split wood in wooden log is decorated to take the guests on a mental journey to the ski hut. The interior cladding made of sunburnt reclaimed wood spreads a rustic and cosy atmosphere and also the backlit salt stone walls contribute with their changing light colours to the deep relaxation of the sauna guests.
