TOP 3: What is important when planning a commercial SPA.
Step 1: Analysis of requirements. What is your aim? How many guests are expected? First and foremost is optimal planning/consulting. The most important tip: Involve us in your planning at a very early stage. Not every planner has a focus on the wellness topic, so an expert should be involved. As a professional service provider in the topics of sauna + SPA, we support you from the first rough planning with ideas and know-how in order to set the course correctly at the start of the project.
Step 2: Floor plan and room layout. Based on the floor plan, we plan together with you an optimal room layout as well as all necessary power/data connections. With early integration, we make valuable recommendations, e.g. to optimize running paths, plan storage space or ensure optimal technology.
Step 3: Design. The design is tailored to the style of your project. On request, we can create a SPA planning with mood board & Co. – without losing sight of the economics. Of course, the choice of wood plays a major role in order to create a cosy and relaxed ambience. You can also set accents with salt walls, glass and stone wall elements as well as the light-up concept and give your sauna area its own touch.
We take a lot of time to give you the best advice – so that everything runs smoothly and becomes perfect.
HOLISTIC: Long-term quality
We attach great importance to the long-term suitability of the sauna for everyday use: it must be easy to clean and should look “like new” for a long time (through sauna-suitable impregnation). In addition, we install audit-friendly solutions so that repairs can be carried out quickly and cost-effectively in the event of a service.

Fantastic apartments with sauna will find the guests in “Haus Christine”. The holidaymakers can relax in the Finnish sauna, which is available to all holiday guests of the house. corso has implemented this sauna as a renovation in the existing building.
